About Me

Hi! I’m Meg! My husband and I were married in 2011 and were blessed with our daughters in 2019 and 2022. I spent many years working as a middle school science teacher, but after our first baby came, I wanted to be at home to spend more time with her. That’s when I decided to make my love for tidiness into a career.

Ever since I can remember I’ve loved to have things tidy and organized. I am an organizer at heart. I love when things have a specific home so I know where everything is! I thought I was already a well organized person but after falling in love with the KonMari Method® in 2015 I realized I had much to learn.

Marie Kondo’s book and foundation for the KonMari Method®, The Life-changing Magic of Tidying Up, was a game changer for me. After applying her methods to my home I was amazed at how different my space felt. I organized categories that I had never touched before, like sentimental items, and fell even more in love with my home. Drawers have a purpose and contain items that I use and love.

My closet is filled with clothes I choose to wear and feel good in. I’m not overwhelmed when I need to put things away—it’s easy because they all have a home. This process improved my ability to understand what brings me joy. Letting go of things, or rather choosing which things to keep, is enabling and liberating. I have gained greater control over my time. I’m excited to share my passion for organizing and help you Spark Joy™ in your life!
